Atlas Olive products are food products. Product color, aroma, taste, and appearance may vary slightly from batch to batch because olive oil is a natural agricultural product.

5. Orders
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, delivery address, phone number, and payment details.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if:

Payment is declined or flagged as suspicious.
The order appears fraudulent or abusive.
Delivery to your location is not available.
If we cancel an order after payment, we will arrange a refund according to our refund process.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in AED, unless stated otherwise.
Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on your business setup and tax registration status. Please update this section as applicable:
Option A, if VAT registered: Prices include VAT where applicable.
Option B, if not VAT registered: Atlas Olive is currently not VAT registered, and VAT is not charged on orders.
We may change product prices, offers, delivery fees, or discounts at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price shown at checkout at the time of purchase.
Payment methods may include credit/debit card, online payment, cash on delivery, bank transfer, or any other method shown at checkout.
7. Delivery
We currently deliver to: UAE / Dubai / Abu Dhabi / other emirates.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or communicated after order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect address details, or circumstances outside our control.
You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the order. If delivery fails due to incorrect information or unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.
8. Risk and Ownership
Ownership of the product passes to you once full payment has been received.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided by you or collected by you.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Because Atlas Olive sells food products, returns are only accepted under the conditions below.
You may request a return, refund, or exchange if:
The product was damaged during delivery.
You received the wrong item.
The product is defective or spoiled.
The product is unopened, unused, in original packaging, and return is requested within 7 days / 14 days of delivery.
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, tampered, or improperly stored products unless the product is proven defective.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Delivery fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
10. Storage and Product Care
To maintain quality, store olive oil in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and strong odors. Keep the bottle tightly closed after opening.
We are not responsible for quality issues caused by incorrect storage after delivery.
11. Promotions and Discounts
From time to time, we may offer discounts, bundles, coupon codes, or promotional campaigns.
Promotions are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Coupon codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers unless stated.
